This 450sqm commercial fitout at 72 Miller Street, North Sydney, was completed within an 8-week programme for ESR. IPG managed all trade coordination across joinery, services, AV infrastructure, and high-spec finishes to deliver a workplace that met the client's performance and operational standards.

The project required careful sequencing to maintain building access for other tenants throughout the works, with IPG's site management team ensuring zero disruption to surrounding occupants.
