IPG were appointed to project manage the Design & Construction of the new 2nds World 2500sqm retail and warehouse space. This included obtaining building owner & statuary approvals and meeting 2nd Worlds national branding guidelines. The project involved demolition of existing retail space, construction of new fitout, management of IT & security requirements, building of a new warehouse facility, installation of new goods lift & refurbishment of the existing facade. IPG delivered the project to meet key media commitments & the grand opening date.
IPG were appointed to manage the Design & Construction of the new 600sqm CRC Capital Markets offices including: Liaising with the building owners, co-ordinating approvals from the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, Sydney Heritage Trust and The Sydney City Council. IPG also managed the Building Services installation, IT infrastructure and the CRC office relocation.
IPG were appointed to undertake the refurbishment of the exterior facade of the Fantastic Furniture store in Artarmon. This project required carefully designed scaffolding to access and remove structural steel elements before upgrading the exterior including cladding, painting and signage whilst keeping the store operational.
IPG were appointed Construction Managers by FHL to refurbish the Blaxland Road Centre. Works included demolition and fitout of a new Fantastic Furniture store over 3000sqm. Whilst undertaking the fitout IPG constructed the new façade to the centre including engineering the new structural elements whilst ensuring all retail stores in the centre remained operational.
IPG were appointed to manage the Design & Construction of the Mainfrieght aerosol storage facility. This included the design and installation of new fire control systems, racking, fencing and automated access installation. The project was planned & coordinated to ensure Mainfreight could continue operations during building works.
WorkFocus Group engaged IPG to manage the Design & Construction of their new Liverpool office facilities over 400sqm. IPG managed a tight project programme including statutory and lessor approvals, design brief incorporating national standards & branding and the relocation of the organisation from their previous office. Works were completed on-time and to the approved budget.
As part of the sale and lease-back, Fantastic Holdings appointed IPG to project manage the Design & Construction of a new 1,500sqm roof replacement and stormwater services whilst the store remained operational. In addition to maintaining retail operations IPG coordinated works that were undertaken by OPTUS to provide 4G coverage to their network infrastructure located on the roof. In addition IPG were responsible for managing hydraulic & structural engineers, calling of tenders & managing successful delivery of the project.
Stockland appointed IPG to manage warehouse subdivision works for OzDesign & COPE Sensitive Logistics to be completed on a tight time frame. Works included new structural steel & cladded inter-tenancy walls, new industrial roller shutters, modification of racking layout, creation of new truck turning bay including Armco railing & line marking, power separation, upgrade to fire & emergency exits to meet compliance and provide two new portable amenities.
IPG was appointed by Cromwell Property Group to undertake a 1,000sqm floor plate. Works included make-safe & strip out of existing services and demolition of all partitions, floor coverings, ceilings & furniture out of regular business hours to meet a tight deadline of 2 weeks. Project was successfully delivered before agreed target date.
Moet Hennessy engaged IPG to manage their make-good of a 550sqm floor plate as part of their end of lease obligations. Works included make-safe & strip out of existing services and demolition of all partitions, floor coverings, ceilings & furniture out of regular business hours. Make-good included laying of new carpet & installation of new grid & tile ceiling to the tenancy.
Knight Frank appointed IPG to make good the old Commonwealth Bank premises. These works involved the removal of safety screens which included gas suppression system, steel barriers, removal of safe door as well as the demolition of two strong rooms. Other works included removal of fire damaged EDB, installation of a new EDB and replacing the existing ceiling grid & tile.
Following on from our successful completion of their Liverpool office, WorkFocus engaged IPG to manage the Design & Construction of their new 800sqm CBD office facilities. IPG managed a tight project programme which was driven by the relocation and consolidation of their two Sydney offices, Alexandria & St Leonards. Construction was limited to only 4 weeks due to end of lease commitments. IPG managed the design (national branding standards), statutory approvals, engineered alternate fire solutions, communications infrastructure and relocation of the business.
